U.S. Marine Corps Colonel Warren C. Cook Jr., Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps 8th District, praises and awards Staff Sergeant Robert Simms the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal on Sept. 30, 2022 for his valiant efforts in Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC).
