U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. James A. Ryans, commanding general of Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and Western Recruiting Region, speaks to the University of Colorado - Boulder (CU-B) football athletes and prepares them for an upcoming workout in Boulder, Colo. on January 24, 2024. This workout was hosted by the Marines with Recruiting Station (RS) Denver in collaboration with the CU-B Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) program. The purpose of this event was to enhance the Marines’ relationship with the CU-B athletics program and inform the athletes about leadership and fitness opportunities in the Marine Corps.
