Sgt. Maj. JB Edwards, sergeant major, 8th Marine Corps District, explains the correlation between stress at home and stress at work to Marine spouses during the District Spouse Orientation Course held April 18-20 in Arlington, Texas. The course provided critical information for spouses of Marine recruiters to help them overcome the stress and long hours associated with recruiting duty.
