Female Marine aviators from across the United States assist 8th Marine Corps District officer selection officers in attracting conference attendees to the Marines’ recruiting booth at the 23rd Annual Women in Aviation International Conference held March 8-10, 2012, in Dallas. The conference’s 3,350 visitors ranged from high school students, to workers for major airlines, surviving members of the Women Airforce Service Pilots of World War II, and service members representing aviation in the U.S. military.
