Maj. Gen. Ronald L. Bailey, commanding general of the 1st Marine Division, shakes hands with college students at the Texas State Fair Classic in early October, in Dallas. Bailey and several other Marines attended the game to provide African-American students with more information on a viable career path in the Corps, during the matchup between two historically black colleges, Prairie View A&M University and Grambling State University.
