Officer candidates from Recruiting Station Albuquerque gear up and launch into the Yates Leadership Challenge Leadership Reaction Course Feb. 19, at the New Mexico Military Institute, Roswell, N.M. The candidates took part in the course to hone their leadership abilities in preperation for Officer Candidate School. The courese is made of multiple obstacles designed to sharpen leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as mental and physical agility.
