Col. Mark J. Toal salutes Western Recruiting Region Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Ronald L. Bailey, as the colors are presented during the 8th Marine Corps District’s change of command ceremony Thursday at the Ashton Depot in Fort Worth. Toal spent the last three years as the district’s commanding officer and is now on his way to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., to begin his duties as the Chief of Staff for Manpower Personnel Family Readiness Division of Headquarters Marine Corps.
