RECRUITING STATION OKLAHOMA CITY - A sandwich like this one would only run a recruiter 320 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 49 carbohydrates and 23 grams of protein. There are several restaurants that offer meal choices like this one that are just as fast and convenient as a burger joint. The balance of nutrition in these types of meal items provided the eater with enough energy to sustain vigorous activity while not overdoing it in the areas of excessive fats and simple sugars which can lead to unhealthy weight gain.
